Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?

Trust everyone had a good weekend, honoring our Vets and spending time with family and/or friends.  Here's my plan for today. . .

B:  1/2 banana, ricotta apple pancakes, made with protein powder for an extra boost, 2 slices of turkey bacon

S:  Yogurt and orange

L:  Piece of grilled chicken, salad, made with romaine lettuce, red onion and tomatoes, sprinkle of pecans and Ken's Free Raspberry/Pecan salad dressing

S:  Better chips

D:  Leftovers from Bahama Breezes:  2 pieces of Quesadilla, goat cheese dip with flat bread

S:  Popcorn

Good afternoon Laureen....the weekend was a good one.

B-Chocolate High Protein Shake

L-tuna w/ a little mayo and pickles in lettuce wraps

D- small chef salad and light balsamic dressing

S-strawberries and maybe some popcorn later
