Good TGIF sistas!

Today was a quiet day.  The semester has ended and all of the dorms are emptied out.   A few students remain for summer school.  I am busy with graduate students, who are entering into their dissertation writing, so I am doing workshops for the next few weeks.  

At work today, I was busy writing and in comes a woman carrying a beautiful vase of flowers.  My daughter sent me flowers for mothers day.  I was so thrilled; even though I would rather she save her money.  This weekend, I am childless, so I am doing some really heavy cleaning.  The lawn doesn't need mowing, so after I clean the house, I may do some trimming.  I am sitting her thinking about tomorrow morning's coffee.  When the kids are here, they get up when I get up and so my coffee time is not really very quiet.  Tomorrow will be nice.  Sunday, big dinner and then back to work on Monday.
