Could be ... might be the MSG that's bothering you. You could make it yourself and see ... try doing a stir fry and see if that goes down OK.

Good afternoon all. Just a note to let you know I am still here. Have been very busy, made 2 trips to Petoskey this week. 90 min each way. Had a new treatment, the Trilogy. It was an hr. &1/2 in a machine so tight on my head I couldn't move my nose. If it shrinks the brain tumor it was all worth it. Today I am getting ready for company  for the weekend. One of my grandaughters just had her 8th. birthday. Boy they grow fast. Have4 a wonderful wekend all!!!! Nan

Good almost morning Vickie and everyone....

Vickie....glad you were able to get a little extra sleep. Do you have Fibromyalgia? I get really nasty Fibro headaches when the weather changes. I was just wondering if that is what is going on with you. So happy that you husband is home again!!

I have several errands to get done today so I don't have much time to chat. Wishing you all a really beautiful day!

Prayers for so many in need.

Love and hugs to all.......connie d

 Greetings All,
I got to sleep in a bit this morning. Izzy doesn't have preschool on Friday. This afternoon we are going to a playground. Tonight we are going out for an early Mothers Dsy dinner, because I leave for PA tomorrow.

Have a blessed day.

Hi Vickie and my OFF family:

I am in a lot of pain today and don't know why. I didn't overdo it ... other than laundry, which is usually painful. I hate dragging it to the laundry. I miss my washer/dryer.

My back doc's PA increased my gabapentin (neurontin) again with hopes it will help my back/knee pain. I liked the PA, a lot, and I liked the back/pain doc a lot.

So after the doctor's appointment, I had some running to do, got gas in the tank, as much as I could afford ($19, a little more than half a tank), did laundry, had lunch, ... oh, the big news, almost forgot ... I got a sliding screen door. It only too four months and how many requests? It was so nice yesterday and I came home to that, was able to open the door and let in the air (of course, I had to close windows/doors at night and I'm sure the pollen count in the house is up).

My checking account is a mess and I am trying to close out that account. My own fault ... I need someone to handle my finances. I make a mess of everything. I swear I'm not spending on crap ... no QVC and junk. But jeez, my income has fallen from $15,000 from Grand Rapids .... and everything has gone up. I'd get a second job but I'm so tired and achy when I get home from the first one I just can't work again.

Sorry to vent ... just can't do it anywhere else. Can't tell my brother, who is so meticulous with money even in unemployment. Wish I could be like that ... I think I was stolen at birth, because I'm not like anyone in my family ... except I look like everyone else.

Vickie, hope your headache goes away. I get headaches when the weather is changing ... My body is a weather barometer. Glad your hubby is home.

Anyway, back to work today. Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi Vickie and all,
Glad to see you all posting. Miss you when life is so busy, but I completely understand.
I'm starting to reclaim the house today. I wish Ellen would learn to pick up after herself. Would make my life so much easier. Oh well, It is what it is. The odd couple. 2 ladies rather than 2 men. I guess I'm Tony Randall's character. Don't remember his name in the show. lol. I loved that show when it was on and now I'm living it. hee hee .    Have a most glorious day.     Mag

Mag, I'm like Oscar, too ... the slob (and especially since I used to be a sportswriter). I always say I was switched at birth ... everyone in my family is neat and disciplined, and I'm sloppy and rebellious and undisciplined and kind of a free spirt.

Tony Randall's character was Felix, by the way. He was a photographer.
