Good TGIF sistas!
I got to sleep in a bit today. Butch got up with Benny early and let me snooze a bit more. Love having both my "boys" together! Butch is such a sweet papaw, and Benny sure responds to having another male in the house.
I had the headache from hell all day yesterday, but woke up feeling fine so far this morning. Praying that the headache stays far, far away today!

Good Morning Vickie and OFF-
Glad that Butch was there to give you a break this morning. Hope your headache does stay away. I woke up with hip and back pain today. Think it was too much bending and stooping during the deep clean of the bedroom and bathroom yesterday, plus some yoga. 10 days without organized exercise didn't help either.
Today I'll drive to the big town of Houlton, Maine to see the chiropracter. Also pick up some things I need for opening the cabins. Sun is shining today so it will be a pretty drive to town.
My PCP called yesterday and changed my thyroid medication. Could he prescribe a dose I already have in my stash? Nope, so today will also be a trip to Walmart to pick up the new dose.
Not much else planned. I have kerosene again so I'm warm. I'm just going to continue unpacking and cleaning as I go. I have plenty of time to work everything out. The yard needs lots of work but it's too wet to do anything at this point.

I've been gone for a while, just busy with work and home. The school year is almost done. I am realy looking forward to summer vacation! I'm almost done with my new craft room. After our daughter moved into her own place I always dreamed of converting it to my creative space... and I did! I had floor to ceiling and wall to wall shelves installed on one wall, replaced the carpet- put in a beautiful laminate floor, painted, replaced the blinds, and brought in a table that I bought from Kelley Bros., my restaurant/bar that closed in January. I'm still working on details and beginning to fill it up with my craft sta****'s looking great... it is my Mother's Day present to myself.
Speaking of Mother's Day- this one is my first without my Mom. Last year at this time we were frantically trying to figure out what was happening to her...now I can look back and understand but I was so worried and frantic at this time last year. Now I am just sad and missing her.
Today we are having lunch provided- a late "Day of the Teacher" celebration. There are 14 days left of school.

Afternoon OFF Family!!
Well last night I found out I can NOT eat chinese food!! I was so sick I thought I was gonna die!!! Never again will I eat it!!!
Got the leaking washer fixed today!!! WOOHOO!!! Still no boss here to unload the money from machines...darn!
Lunch is just about over with so need to get back to office...lots to do today...
