TGIF What's Happening?
Good Morning OFF Sisters,
Well, it's been an exciting, blessed 24 hours since I learned that my grandson was almost here. I am now leaving in a couple of hours to go to Pittsburgh tonight, and then Michigan tomorrow. I managed to pack the car in a matter of two hours. I had not even packed my suitcase till I got the green light from my daughter. I was under the impression that she did not want me out there till her husband was going back to Lake Michigan. When I got the text that I could go there anytime, I jumped.
So, the PA Turnpike and I will be together for about six hours today. Hopefully, the weather will be kinder than the snowstorm I drove through on the way home.

Good mornin' ya'll.
Trish, how wonderful. You drive carefully on your way to meet the new baby! I hope all your pain is well controlled for the drive and the visit. I know how the joints can get after too many hours driving!
This morning I'm off to the PO to mail the doll clothes to my daughter and our grandson's speakers and sub to his Dad. Then off to the commissary for some fresh fruits and veggies. They have the best! Oh, and WM for AC filters. The housekeepers change them for us and let me know when our supply is getting low.
My daughter is backing out of Facebook for 60 days or so. I'm sure it is because of the divorce and mediation and such. I have given her my password if she wants to get on to check her kids' pages. Her almost ex sees the mediator on the 11th, and then they have to wait to get an appointment with both of them.
My DH is ready to roll ( before me for a change), so I better get crackin'.

I'm sitting here on the back porch watching a pretty impressive temper tantrum. Of course Benny doesn't know I'm watching him. I'm pretending to ignore him. Oh, there it goes. It's starting to wind down now. Time for a cuddle. . .
Ok, all is well again, for a little while. Lol!
I am not feeling too well today. This going thru the change is the pits. For the past week I've been starting and stopping and starting and stopping--its so annoying. Yesterday I got that horrible headache and I was just craving food all day long. Today TOM arrived for real. I think. Who knows? I would like to spend the day in bed, but that's not going to happen. Just have to deal with it, I guess.
Anyway, I have no plans to do anything today bu****ch Benny. I am out of my pjs, but just barely. No makeup or hair today!

I feel for you!!!!! I went thru the change surgically about 29 years ago when I had a hysterectomy. it was the pits!!!!! I just pick my days now!!!!!
Today I just have Evan the 2 yr old and he wont get dressed!!!! just wants to get into things!!!!!. Carl went to the flea market and who knows what he will come home with.
I just made a box of stuff to send to my friend who is *****ing that she needs some flip flops so I went and got her some. Lord knows Florida is inindated with them 24/7!!!!! we wear them all year long!!!!! I hardly ever wear real shoes anymore except when I go up north!!!!.
Next week I am getting out of here for a few days. I am going to Ft lauderdale to go and visit my dr friend who lives in the suburb down there. She is my friend from Denver that moved down here a year after we did. She called me and said you need to come down and visit!!!! I havent seen you since december so Ill go for a few days.
Well I better go and see what Evan is up to its is to quiet in the house!!!!!

So glad your daughter had the baby and now you are off to see your new grandchild. Weather here is nice so I think your weather should be good. Of course, I'm a bit further south.
It is payday and I need to pay rent, but don't have the money. I thought I would, but don't. I don't know what I'm going to do. I'm tense. I have a whole $19 in my bank account. I was so overdrawn it wasn't funny. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning, knowing what awaited me today.
Anyway, I'll quit my whining. This is the only place I can whine. I know others have more pressing issues. Otherwise, the day is OK. I have a job I love and a cat I love. It's a nice day, 79 degrees, but I think it's going to rain (forecast does say that ... I have a headache, which tells me that).
