Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?
Good Morning Ladies and Gents. . .
Plan for today is as follows:
B: Cottage Cheese
S: Yogurt, sprinkled with kashi protein crunch cereal
L: Romaine lettuce, tomato and chicken
S: Fruit of some kind
D: Unsure of what I'm having right now
S: Skinny latte

B: Protein coffee
S: strawberries
L: Was shopping at Sam's Club and the "Taster People" were all out and pushing food. Love those little bites of food:
1 small piece of apple flavored sausage
1 small piece of pineapple
1 small piece of roasted chicken
1 small piece of fajita beef with guacamole spread
D: rice vegetable soup
S: small piece of strawberry shortcake
and my ****tail of prune juice and apple sauce when I get home.
