I am with the dog advocates for cleaning up leftovers.  Utley helps me all the time.  I never have to finish more than my pouch can fit.  

I, too, used to have trouble pitching food, instead of eating it.  I managed to get to the point of being able to because of my blood sugar and cholesterol, pre-WLS.

Teach Benny to take his plate right to the garbage can and scrap it off.  Don't sacrifice your success.  Call me the next time you want to clean a plate and I'll talk you through it.

Good morning Carolyn and everyone....

I couldn't sleep last night. The weather keeps changing and my Fibro and Arthritis are flaring up all the time. The pain has been awful. Even with Vicodin and Flexeril I was unable to get comfortable. Was still awake at 4:00 AM. Got up at 9:00AM. I will need a nap later...yeah right like that will happen!

Carolyn....I hate having projects and running out of things too. Very frustrating!! Hope you got what you needed.

Trish...I am praying your test results are good news and that you can get some relief from your pain soon.  HUGS!!

Vickie....nip the cleaning off plates now. I did that for a year with my granddaughter and gained almost 30 pounds!! I have lost 19 of it so far. That was not very smart of me!! I wish you better luck with that!

Mona....the wedding sounds great. However, the gardening does not. I have getting my hands in the dirt. Yes, I am a city girl!!

Tried calling you last night but got a crazy busy  signal. Oh well. Enjoy your road trip. I couldn't do what you're doing, Carla and Vickie. I'm just not mommy. I realized it long ago ... better that I realized it before I had kids, I guess.

I'm having a stay in my jammies day. I will do something around the house, just not get out of my jammies. Made a pot of Starbucks Tribute coffee, added my Cinnamon Dolce syrup (SF of course) and I'm relaxing, watching DVR'ed shows. Finally saw the "60 Minutes" tribute to Mike Wallace ... great show. Glad I got to see it.

It's 86 degrees now and headed up to 89. Still haven't fixed the screen door, but it's too hot anyway.
