Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?

Plan for today. . .

B:  had half of w/w wrap with spinach, mushrooms, feta and egg whites

S:  Almonds and pecans

L:  Steak Salad

S:  Yogurt

D:  Crusted chicken parmesan, which fell apart when I made it last night :(, still tasty. . .  spinach

S:  Skinny cow bar or if my bananas are ripe yet, a small banana

B-eggs w/ cheese, onion, and peppers

L- small taco salad

D-??? won't be home

S-protein bar and strawberries

L: small beef burrito then later on one hard shell taco
D: homemade chicken noodle soup, one small bran muffin
And when I get home from work my ****tail of prune juice mixed with applesauce

If I get hungry around 9:30-10pm I do have Greek yogurt in the fridge

Let's see if I can recall:

B--1/2 Greek yogurt (shared with Benny), scrambled egg with slice of cheese on a piece of toast

S--grapes

L--protein drink, 1/2 banana (shared with Benny)

S--small bowl of veggie beef soup

D--1 1/2 slices pizza, 4-5 teddy grahams
