Monday - Watcha Eating Today?

At over 4.5 years post-op, this is my food plan for today

B: Cottage Cheese and a 100 cal english muffin

S: Yogurt

L: Steak salad, made with romaine, tomato, red onion, reduced fat blue cheese crumbles and 3 oz. of leftover steak from yesterday's lunch, ken's free raspberry pecan dressing

S: Cheese and roasted red peppers

D: Spinach and chicken cutlet, pan fried in non-stick skillet with seasonings

S: Popcorn and some almonds


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

B-Protein Drink ....while working on checkbooks

S- light/FF yogurt

L- ham steak (4 oz.) and green beans w/garlic

D-shrimp and small salad

S-????

Breakfast: Pam fried egg and 1/2 orange

Snack: banana

Lunch two small pieces of grilled chicken breasts

Snack:  small orange

Dinner:  1 small chicken thigh baked, 1/2 of a baked potato, four asperagus spears

Snack:  1 cup of fresh pineapple cubes.
