Friday - Whatcha Eating Today?
Another work week comes to an end. . . my plan for today, whi*****ludes Omlet King as the offices way to thank us for the hard work we do throughout the year (Admin) and a baby shower luncheon to celebrate a co-worker's 2nd child, a baby girl. . .
B: Omlet made with spinach, reduced fat feta cheese and a small banana
S: Yogurt
L: chicken wrap (about 3 inch wrap) and some cesar salad
S: Dates and nuts
D: Pork chop and spinach and cup of romaine, tomato and red onion
S: Skinny cow truffle bar

Working hard to make good food choices today. The scale is moving DOWN, so I feel pretty motivated right now.
B--Greek yogurt with Rice Chex
S--one small blueberry pancake with a smear of cream cheese and a tiny dab of maple syrup
L--Protein drink
S--peanut butter on a brown rice cake, part of an apple
D-- chicken spaghetti, green beans, new potato

B - Breakfast Taco (egg & cheese) without the flour tortilla & coffee
L - Meatball with marinara sauce
S - Quest Protein Bar
D - Leftover meatball from lunch with added red pepper & onion
Has anyone had a problem with the Quest bars with it slowing down Weight Loss? Wondering if that is part of the problem with the stall I seem to be in. Maybe I need to find another snack.
