Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?

4.5 years post-op, plan for today is. . .

B:  half of an eggbeater omlet, made with spinach, mushroom, onions and aspargus, alpine lace cheese w/last piece of french toast

S:  Strawberries and yogurt

L:  Liver, onions and aspargus

S:  maybe the other half of omlet

D:  Sushi

S:  None

Hi OFF buddies,

It went according to plan yesterday, until the spinach turnover came back up.  Here is today's plan:

B - Peach yogurt and wheatgerm

S - Cheddar Goldfish (I know, but what can I say)

L - Caribbean chicken vegetable soup.

S - Protein bar

D- Egg salad 6 melba rounds, SF popsicle

S - Protein cereal, protein milk, raisins

B: Protein coffee
L: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, fresh mushrooms, onions wrapped in WW flat bread
S: strawberries and melon
D: WW frozen dinner
S: popcorn made the old fashion way on the stove

And of course my night-time toddie of prune juice mixed with applesauce.
