Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?
4.5 years post-op. . . scale is not going in a good direction, got to get my butt back in the gym and I am going to start elminating certain foods and perhaps a snack and see what happens, problem is, if I don't eat every 2.5 to 3 hours, my blood surgars drop terribly, but I'll see. . .
B: 1/2 slice of french toast and eggbeater omlet made with spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers and reduced fat feta (all together about 1 cup of food)
S: Strawberry/banana yogurt
L: Turkey Chili w/l/f cheddar (1 cup)
S: Piece of l/f cheddar and 1/2 banana (eating this snack because I have a haircut after work, so I won't be having dinner until probably close to 7 p.m., which will put me at way more than 3 hours, if I forego this snack. . .
D: Calves liver and onions with romaine lettuce, tomato, blue cheese crumbles and ken's free dressing.
S: Skipping this one

Breakfast - i scrambled egg and 2 slices of turkey bacon
Lunch - going to monthly luncheon of my neighborhood women. Will have some sort of salad with protein. Or maybe a grilled chicken breast with a side of tomatoes.
dinner = black beans and rice with chicken
I think in a few days I be ready to cluck.
Snacks will be fruit or cracker and cheese.

L - Egg salad and 6 melba rounds, 1/3 cup watermelon
S - Chai teach 1 slice cheese, 2 melba rounds
D - Chicken - vegetable soup, spinach empanada, SF popsicle.
S - Yogurt and wheat germ.
I too need to get my but in gear. Just got the date for my lower body lift (July 3rd) and I want to be at or below goal by then. These are the most stubborn 5 lbs in the history of womankind.

Oh gosh. Can I even remember what all I ate today? I will try.
1st B, 7 a.m.--greek yogurt with some rice chex
2nd B, 10 a.m. (with Benny)--scrambled egg with 1 slice toast dressed with a little butter and a bite of fig preserves.
L--brown rice cake with peanut butter
S-- protein drink
D--cheesy chicken avocado, pinto beans, a bite of fresh pear (Benny wanted it and ate almost the whole thing!)
S--prolly not tonight. Still very full from supper.
