Wow, you all won't believe this, but Chris got a second job offer tonight. Hobby Lobby called and they want her to start TOMORROW. Also they pay $2 more an hour than Target! She is over the moon about it. Plus HL has much better hours than Target. Open from 10 to 8, and always closed on Sundays. So she's very happy, I'm happy, and I thank you all again for the support and prayers.
Just one word of caution: please don't post about this on FB. We don't want John or his family to know any of these new developments. Right now things have settled down and we want it to stay calm for as long as possible.

Good evening OFF family, I'm bringing up the rear again. I've been very busy at work and at home. Gotta take time and say hi to my buds!
Last night on the way home from work about 11:45pm I hit a HUGE raccoon! I thought it was a dog it was sooooooooo big. Guess what? Long story short, I have $1,500.00 in damage and thank goodness for car insurance but I have a $500.00 deduct. I will get it fixed. This raccoon took off my total front panel and of course it's plastic, they just don't make cars like they use to.
So while I waited for an estimate I went and got my hair cut, colored and highlighted, and thinned out too...I have way too much hair. It's now a long bob and I'm a redhead with a "boost" of red in it along with the highlights.
Tomorrow morning I go for a Cat-scan of my tummy, looking for small bowel obstruction or a loop in my bowel. Hopefully I can hold off surgery....for a few years anyway. Lucky me gets to drink the contrast starting at 0630. Then after I'm done going to watch baby Holly for a few hours while mommy sleeps, she is working a double shift tonight...I believe in sleep! Especially for young moms...well for us grandma's too.
Momma cat is getting ready to have her kittens. I wish people wouldn't drop off pets in the country. I love Momma cat and after she is done nursing her kittens I'm getting her fixed.
