4.5 years post-op, here's my plan. . .

B:  Yogurt, side of bananas and strawberries, 1 cup

S:  Multigrain pancake w/turkey sausage pattie

L:  L/F ham and swiss rolled and put in roasted red peppers

S:  Popcorn and cheese

D:  Turkey Chili w/l/f cheddar

S:  Either Skinny Cow or Strawberries

 I don't have a clue what I am going to eat today.  I do not feel well.  I hope to see the doctor today.

Hello OFF buddies,

B - Chai Tea -- 30 min later Pure Protein Bar

S - Goldfish

L- Chicken-spinach soup, 1 melba toast, cheddar cheese

S - Muscle Milk protein shake

D -  Chicken Spinach soup, 1/2 Grapefruit

S- Total cereal and protein milk (skim milk w 1 scoop unflavored protein powder)

Trying to drink 8 glasses of water

Sorry you don't feel well Linda.  Hope your sinuses clear up.

Down 19 of the 30 pounds I want to lose!!!!!

B-scrambled eggs w/ cheese

L-small chef salad.....balsamic vinaigrette dressing

D-steak and broccoli

S- protein bar and walnuts

 Got back from the doctor about 45 min ago.  She said my throat looked like doo doo.  She gave me a nasal spray, a z pack antibiotic, and Claritan D.  It was past lunch and I was hungry so I stopped at Wendy's and got a kid's burger with tomato and very little mayo.  Then went and pick up the RXs.
Got home and made some rice and a black bean, corn, and tomato salsa. Tonight I will gill some chicken and make lettuce wraps.

So my day will look like this

Breakfast - Hot tea with protein for my poor throat

Lunch - Wendy's kid burger and diet coke just a few sips

Snack - Kiwi and a little cheese

Dinner -  Lettuce wraps made with grilled chicken, rice, and black bean salsa.

Breakfast:  1 egg and 1/2 of 1/2 of a thin bagel.

Snack 1 banana

Lunch:  One large cobb salad

Snack:  Orange

Dinner:  chicken thigh, 1/2 cup of hubbard squash, and 1 cooked apple with splenda and cinamon

Snack:  strawberries
