Weekend - Watcha Eating Thread
My day began before 6 a.m. and it was go, go, go. . .
B: 1/2 bagel with whitefish and half a banana
S: 1/2 bagel with lox
L: 3/4 cup of w/w pasta with cheese and some beef jerky
S: dates and nuts
D: mussels made with can of petite tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms
S: Skinny cow bar

Saturday
5 large boiled shrimp
Salad with lettuce, spinach, salad burnett, chives, tarragon, parsley, tomato
Boiled crawfish. No way to know how much. It was all just pored on the table and we dug in. Was complete with sausage, corn, potatoes, mushroom, celery, onion, and garlic cloves. I did not eat the extras. I did have a stalk of the celery but it had absorbed so much of the seasoning I could not fini**** all.
snacks - cantaloupe, strawberries, 3altine crackers.

Vegetarian sushi roll
1/4 cup edamame
Snack cantaloupe
Tomight I will Have grilled chicken with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers
