Friday - Whatcha Eating Today?

B:  Pumpernickel bagel (1/2 gutted) with white fish

S:  other half w/lox, tomato and red onion (today is something we do yearly for the March Madness celebration, but due to Passover, they postponed it a week)

L:  Homemade stir fry made with chicken peppers, brocolli

S:  Celery w/Peanut butter

D:  On the run, not sure. . .

S:  Probably a banana or some other piece of fruit

Good morning Laureen!

B: sausage link, frozen waffle with maple syrup and butter (just a dab)

S:protein drink

L:3 very small pigs in a blanket, some grapes and a bite of cheddar cheese

S: cold boiled shrimp, cold boiled new potato (leftover from last night)

B - handfull of red grapes, green tea
L - very small amount of top sirloin, 2 slices of grilled zucchini, green salad with 0 calorie dressing. This was all at Ruby Tuesday's and it was not very good. Well, the salad was OK cause I brought my own dressing!
Snack - mini baby bell cheese
D - I'm hoping to jazz up the left over steak from lunch

It's been a long time since I've posted but read daily.  I'm going to join your daily accountability post and hope it helps me get some of this regain off!!

Breakfast - Coffee - 2 cups
                     Banana  with 2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
              
Lunch - Fish
               Baked French Fries (Bad Bad Bad decision - I ended up with a blood sugar reading of 228 then crashed within the hour to 65 so had to grab some peanut butter to get it up)

Dinner - Vegetable Soup
 
Snack - Protein Drink

Weird eating hours for right now.  Tonight is my hubby's last night of night shift.  Maybe we can
both get on a better schedule.

I am not good posting on a daily basis but I am going to try.  

Breadkfast  -  Tea with fuzzy navel protein powder


Snack -           strawberries


Lunch -           grilled chicken and asparagus

Snack -           orange

Dinner -          went to a seafood restaurant and ordered their cold shrimp appetizer.  Came on a bed of lettuce and spinach with lemon slices.  I asked the waiter to also bring me some sliced tomatoes.  I ate 8 of the shrimp and the tomato slices.  I brought the lettuce and spinach home with me.  tomorrow I will add some young swiss chard and some salad burnett to the greens top with tomato and the 4 left over shrimp and have a nice salad for lunch.

Breakfast was about a cup of oatmeal with a little butter and some splenda

No snack

Lunch was one soft chicken taco with cheese and lettuce

no snack

Dinner was one whole chicken enchillada

Snack is a bowl of raw cauliflower and some endamame (I'm sure I didn't spell that right but steamed soybeans)
