Monday: Whatcha Eating today?
4.5 years post-op
B: W/W cinnamon raisin french toast
S: Yogurt
L: 1/2 salmon filet, some of a sweet potato and brocolli rabe
S: Strawberries and banana (1 cup)
D: Homemade stir fry, made with chicken, peppers, mushrooms and onions in a chili pepper olive oil.
If I find myself needing some crunch today, I cut up celery and fennel

B: Protein coffee
S: strawberries
L: ham/cheese lettuce wrap with mustard
S: sugar free hard candy
D: chicken and fried rice 1 cup apx.
S: Not eaten yet but it will be Greek yogurt
And of course my nightly ****tail of prune juice and applesauce
OH and I might have some dill pickles...I've been craving them.

Breakfast for me was quick: 1 egg omelet with a little low fat cheese.
Snack 1 large orange
Lunch: 1/2 cup of black eyed peas with a small, very small, section of cornbread.
Snack 4 celery sticks/ hummus
Dinner: 1 baked chicken wing, 1 steamed brocolli steam with the top, 1/4 cup of steamed and mashed cauliflower.
Snack: 1/2 cup of cooked chick peas that are dried and sauteed in olive oil.
