Weekend - Watcha Eating Thread
Thought I would post this for the weekends and come back to add to it, as the weekend proceeds, not sure about anyone else, but I am on the go on the weekends and my planning it to eat within the parameters of what I know to be good for me as much as possible, so far as today goes, all I can commit to knowing what I will eat right now is breakfast and dinner, lunch I am meeting a friend so cannot be sure. . .be back to post as the day proceeds. . wishing you all a great day

B: Ok, so I decided to have Turkey Chili instead (lol)
S: banana
L: half of a black n blue burger and about 10 fries
S: 2 spoonfuls of dessert sampler
D: Other half of my burger and 10 more fries
S: None

My days and my eating have become totally chaotic. I really, really need to get myself back on track again. I'm not thinking about what I'm eating. I'm just eating whatever is available at the moment. I do recognize how dangerous this eating pattern is and I'm trying to curtail it! But as I sit here this morning, I realize that I have no idea what I'm going to eat today. That's not good, I know.
I, too, will try to post back as the day progresses. Right now I'm waiting for hubby to wake up and then decide what to fix for breakfast today.
B--leftover meatloaf on 3 saltine crackers, 1/2 boiled new potato, a slice of coconut bread (I know, very weird)
S--protein drink
L--peanut butter on rice cake, 1/2 cup of pinto beans (I'm eating leftovers out of the frig today)

Sunday's Food Choices:
B: W/W cinnamon raisin bread, made with eggbeaters in nonstick pan with cooking spray: 2 slices of french toast, slice of canadian bacon
S: 1/2 Banana and piece of Feta cheese
L/D: W/W pasta with peppers, chicken sausage, cheese and tomato sauce and a section of flatbread (had half of this lunchtime and rest for dinner)
S: 1/4 of an apple crostini
After dinner Snack: 100 calorie Klondike bar (no sugar added)
