Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?
Happy Thursday, 4.5 years post-op, here's my plan today:
B: Kashi Cereal w/l/f milk and dates
S: 3x3 piece of crumb cake sent by NJ office (bad girl, but gotta stay honest here)
L: Homemade Turkey Chili w/l/f cheddar
S: Fruit and piece of l/f cheddar
D: Lamb and brocolli rabe (last of lambie)
S: Carmel corn (from texas trip), 1 cup
will update as things change, have a great day!

I have got to do this - the problem is that I can't seem to stick to anything that I need to do!

B Premier Protein with 2 tbsp. cocoa, one tbsp. decaf. coffee crystals and one half frozen banana
S no snack
L two low fat La Vache Qui Rit and 3-4 prunes
S no snack
D don't know yet but probably salad with some cheese and small amt. of dressing
S two tbsp of peanut butter
