B: 1/2 gutted pumpernickel bagel with smear of cream cheese and lox
S: Yogurt
L: Chicken Sausage and Romaine lettuce with l/f, s/f dressing
S: Beef jerky (revised plan)
D: Refried beans w/l/f cheddar (1/2 cup) and 11 blue corn chips (revised plan)
S: Strawberries and banana (1 cup) (revised plan)

Hi Laureen, No promises but I am here today. I actully lost 3 lbs during the past 2 weeks. Seems like when I am on the go I don't stand in front of the fridge looking in!
Today I started my day with 2 eggs and a slice of multigrain whole wheat toast.
Made a big pot of "freezer/pantry soup" yesterday. Emptied out the little containers of who knows what in the freezer. Added home canned tomatoes, potatoes that were growing their own roots, and anything else that sounds good whi*****luding a handful of 13 bean soup mix.
Mike went fishing today so it will be soup and salad tonight.

Chocolate protein beverage.
Salad with chicken for lunch....or split pea soup w/ham.
Left over baked chicken for dinner. Probably a chicken curry rice and broccoli dish.
