Welcome RNY_084...
You sound just like me almost. I'm fighting to get my regain off and it's moving slowly.
I'm five years out on April 12th. Isn't it nice to know you are normal.
For us now, it's all about lifestyle change, or if you don't use that term, you will be dieting once again. I practice Mindful Eating.
Eat less but I eat what I want. Exercise. Calories in and calories out. There is no magic except to be mindful of what you put in your mouth. And Exercise.
Continue to blog here, you will get support and we do not judge. There is no mistakes with eating. Just learning and making sure to correct bad habits that have crept in.

Listen to Debbiejean...and read the other posts as well.  Even when people are messing up, they have something to teach you.  According to my NUT, 20 lbs. is about the average regain when you are 5 years out, but who wants to be average?

I read this blog and others constantly, looking for inspiration and while I'm experiencing the mother of all plateaus, I have faith that the last 5 lbs will eventually come off.

Blessings,

Maria
