Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?

Thanks to all who are willing to participate in the accountability process, as well as giving newer folks a glimpse into what they are eating and for any of the newer folks, remember that some of the posters to this thread are over 4 years out and so what they may be posting may seem like, wow, those folks are eating what?  anyway, here goes my food plan for today and as per my accountability part of things, when I change something, I come back and change it here too!  Have a great day!

B:  eggwhite omlet, made with reduced fat feta and half of a rye bagel

S:  Either a cup strawberries, bananas and s/f whipped cream (a dollop) or a light n fit yogurt

L:  Leftovers from last nights' yummy salad with grilled salmon (greens, onions, oranges, walnuts, goat cheese and pears)

S:  Whichever item I did not have from morning snack

D:  Leftover leg o lamb and veggies

S:  Maybe. . .piece of l/f, s/f banana cream pie or a no sugar added Klondike bar

Good morning Laureen,

I'm going to try like the dickens to get back on track today and to also get back to posting here every day.

B--rice chex, vanilla Greek yogurt and some prune bits

(Will post back later when I figure out what I'm eating today.)

L--protein drink and 3 peanut butter on saltine crackers, small banana

S--slice of ham on a slice of gluten free bread with mustard.

B: Protein coffee
S: fresh strawberries
L: chicken and rice soup with 6 small ww crackers
S: pistachio's nuts half of cup
D: half of ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato, half slice of pepper jack cheese
S: apple (haven't ate that yet but I know I will)
and of course when I get home small glass of prune juice mixed with sf applesauce
