S: 1/2 banana and strawberries
L: Turkey Meatloaf and some brocolli made with olive oil, lemon and seasonings
S: Beef Jerky
D: Chicken Sausage and Veggies
S: Popcorn

B - Protein Chai Latte -- Chai tea with SF creamer and a scoop of Unjury unflavored protein powder.
S - 25 cal. SF hot chocolate
L- Protein bar
S - Spinach turnover
D - Sauteed boneless chicken thigh, 1/2 C. sweet potatoes, mixed veggies (probably won't get to all of it)
S - Protein DECAF Chai Latte -- Decaf Chai tea with SF creamer and a scoop of Unjury unflavored protein powder.
I'm depending too much on the protein supplements. Need to eat more real foods.

I don't usually move around too much, but It's nice to know there is an over 50 forum.
so today, I'm purging big time,
Way too many carbs last week and the scale is creeping back up.
Time to slap myself and get back to basics.
B - protein shake with 1/2 banana
S - cheese, ham, pickle, some strawberries
L - cheese, ham, pickle, a pea pods
s - more cheese, ham pickle
d - fish and pea pods.
s - popper with peanut butter
I'll get it off in the next few days.

I will try to start posting to this thread again after I get back home and hopefully get back to my regular routine.
