What Are You Eating Today?

. . . so what are we eating today?

B: eggbeater omlet made with roasted red peppers and feta and half of a bagel (insides ripped out)

S: 1/2 banana and some almonds

L: BBQ Shredded chicken and some salad

S: Beef Jerky

D: Turkey meatloaf and brocolli w/olive oil, lemon and seasonings

S:  Popcorn

Breakfast: EAS protein shake mixed with coffee
Lunch: On the run...let's count my V-8 juice
Dinner: WW lasagna dinner and grapes
Snack: banana
Snack: Greek yogurt
And before I go to bed...prune juice mixed with SF applesauce
