B: Eggbeater omlet (1/4 cup) along with last multigrain pancake

S: Banana and Strawberries

L: Leftover pasta from Sunday with cheese

S: Yogurt

D: Tony came down so we went to dinner and I had sushi and soup

S: Chocolate Truffle bar (Skinny Cow)

Another crazy work day at the lake!  Plays havoc with my meal planning!

B--oatmeal with cranberries and walnuts

Snacks today--protein drink, banana, rice crisps

L--pepperoni pizza (I already bought a 16" ready-to-bake for lunch at the lakehouse today.  I'll just have one slice.)

D--prolly leftover smoked chicken again with whatever leftovers I can find in the frig!

I'm six years out and have gained 30 pounds back. I really need to be accountable for what I'm eating! Okay, so...my goal is to post it everyday! Hope you all don't mind me joining you, so here goes...
B- Scrambled egg with asapargus, onion and bell pepper. Coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer. Vitamins and water. I hate water!
L- Salad with spinich leaves, lots of salad veggies, chicken and olive oil vinaigrette.
S- Strawberries blended in 1 cup non-fat milk with splenda.
D- Baked skinless/boneless chicken breast, homemade veggie soup.
My goal is to not eat after dinner because I HAVE gained weight. Let's see if I make it!! Thanks for letting me pipe in!!

Becky, You are welcome here and for many of us the factor of accountability is to help us in the proper use of our tool. 

Have you tried Mio, it is a water addictive, many delicious s/f flavors, it's portable and a little goes a long way, I love the berry pomegranate, the peach mango and their sweet tea. . .  helps me get the water in, that and decafs. . . .

B: 1 piece of WW toast, 1 sausage
S: Protein Coffee
L: 1 hotdog with bun
D: WW frozen dinner
S: V-8 juice
S: apple
And to end out my day, small glass of prune juice mixed with applesauce equal parts. Works like a charm when you gotta go poo! LOL
