Monday, a new work week for some of us. . .

B:  1 multigrain and oat pancake, 1 egg (white part only), 1/2 banana and small turkey sausage patty

S:  A couple of dates

L:  Leftover veletized carmel chicken (made in broth instead of friend), with small amount of brown rice

S:  Coconut Bar (Atkins type)

D:  Italian wedding soup (escarole, turkey meatballs and l/f, l/sodium chicken broth), 1/4 cup of homemade gluten free mac and cheese

S:  None

That's my plan for today. . .

D- BBQ shredded chicken and asparagus

S- cheese and venison salami

Hmmm...
B...green tea (my daughter is bringing me a bunch of new flavors Friday, I can't wait)
Snack/Lunch....1 pint of blueberries and a luxurious pedicure
Snack/Dinner....4 oz pork chop with applesauce ( micro a peeled and sliced granny smith, add truvia and cinnamon)

Bought a pair of size 14 pants today. Two years ago, at my lowest I was in a 12.

I'll start eating again in Vegas!

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with 6 walnuts for crunch
Lunch: one hotdog
Snack: V-8 juice
Dinner: WW spaghetti
Snack: 6 almonds
Snack: apple

My eating schedule was all over the map today, but I tried to make good choices.

B--cherry Greek yogurt with Rice Chex cereal

S--protein drink

L--about 1/4 of the biggest hamburger you ever saw (must have been close to a pound of meat on that burger!), 3 french fries

S--I had a banana and a few rice crisps throughout the afternoon, along with at least 3 bottled waters  (burning leaves is hot work)

D--a cold chicken leg, a slice of cantaloupe, a piece of cornbread, and the rest of the fruit salad I made a couple of days ago.
