Happy Monday, what's up?

I was able to make my fluid and protein goals early on with the help of Isopure bottled drinks.  They are a clear liquid.  No sugar.  40 grams of protein per bottle.  I got them at General Nutrition Center.  I ordered the Grape Frost from the GNC website, because I didn't like the other flavors.  The grape tasted like grape Koolaid.

Just a suggestion.  You can also buy them at the stores.

Eileen...I am so sorry you are dealing with so much knee pain. I hope something can be done about that soon.

Laureen....sounds like you have some big important decisions to make...hope it all comes out in your favor.

Carolyn....glad you were able to get your glasses. I most all the time wear my contacts but when I don't have my glasses I am lost.

Praying for so many of you in pain and feeling sick. I hope you feel better soon!!

I had a very busy weekend. I popped in to read the posts but had no time to post....sorry!

Allergies ar kicking my butt!! I feel like crap. I see my doctor on Thursday and I can't wait. The pills aren't working....time for a shot!!

Not much happening today. I filled all my sister's med containers this morning. I need to run an errand for her after I finish our laundry. Nothing exciting at all.

It's a busy day at work but I did read all your posts. We are all fighting the good fight here!

went to the dentist before work and got my new crown put in. The temp held up really good too!
I had some time to kill before going to work so I went to a resale shop and bought me a new/used real Coach purse for $50.00. Whhoooo!! My other purse the strap was breaking all the time...so I scored!

Tonight I'm volunteering my time to sit with a dying patient from midnight to 4am. Hopefully I will stay awake, cuz I woke up at 7am today.

I weighed in today for my weight loss challenge and I was down just a little, well that's better than gaining. I hate weighing myself it's just a stupid number on a scale and never tells your real accomplishments.

Hello sweet sistas!

I know it's late, but if I don't post now, I probably won't get to post at all for the next couple of days.  We are so busy and I am SO tired this evening.  I certainly got my work out today.  We started preparing the site for our new metal building at the lake.  My job was to blow away all the leaves and burn them.  I must have burned about 4 billion leaves today.  I am exhausted. 

And just for fun, in between burning leaves, I helped my hubby tote all the big landscape bricks for the retaining wall that Juan is building for us.  Each brick weighs about 15 lbs and we emptied 3 pallets of them today!

Tomorrow we go back for another day.  Thursday they are coming to set the posts for the building.  I think they said they are are putting it up on Saturday.  I'll be glad to get it up.  I need a place to move all of these boxes I've been packing for the past month.

Well, my washer has stopped.  Going to go put our formerly nasty dirty clothes in the dryer, take a hot bath, and go to bed.  I reek of smoke.  I can smell it in my hair.
