What Are You Eating Today?

I'll report in on my eating, it's a day with my honey, which means going out to breakfast and dinner, I will make healthy choices, mostly. . .

Successing today for me is about making right choices more than not.

B: Multigrain and oat pancake, one egg, one small turkey sausage patty

S: L/F cheese, gutted 1/2 bagel

L: Bowties made with olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and brocollini (about 3/4 cup) a piece of sausage, tomato and cheese flat bread (Enough food left to eat for the week (lol)) Capauchino and taste of Nonna's toasted pound cake (I do mean a taste)

D: Probably some leftover Carmel Chicken from last night's Pei Wei dinner

S: Banana and Strawberries

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

I'm up with no clear plan for the day yet, except I have a smoked chicken in the frig.  That will be the centerpiece for our main meal today.

I'll post later.

*****

Brunch--2 homemade gluten free biscuits, 1 little sizzler, 1 fried egg, fresh fruit medley

Late lunch--fresh guacamole, tostitos, and 5 boiled shrimp

Snack--fresh fruit medley

Dinner--still up in the air???

Breakfast I had a cup of oatmeal with some olive oil.  I put a little splenda on top.

Lunch none since breakfast was so late

snack will be some fruit--apple

Dinner will be chick pea balls baked and served with some brown rice in a pita pocket.   They are good and hubby can eat them without messing with his sugar or cholesterol.

Snack will be celery and carrots.

I don't start my pre-surgery diet until the 2nd, but I happen to like the taste of Herbalife meal replacement shakes so that's what I had for lunch.  Breakfast was just coffee, as much as I know better, I still do that fairly often.

Dinner - hmmmm....  not sure yet.  Not starving, but will come up with a plan soon.
