What Are You Eating Today?
This is my plan for today, though weekeds are much more haphazard as I'm usually on the go and therein lies the challenge. . .
B: Eggbeater omlet made with reduced fat cheddar and roasted red peppers 1/2 of a gutted w/w everything bagel
S: Beef Jerky (portable)
L: I will be out, so I will look for a healty choice meal
S: Fruit of some kind, probably apple, banana (small)
D: Feeling like chinese, may go to Pei Wei's, they made "velvetized" meals, meaning it's not fried, but made with broth, carmel chicken or bbq korean chicken w/brown rice (probably 2 or 3 tblspns)
S: No sugar added Klondike bar

Late Lunch--baby back ribs, potato salad, pinto beans, cantaloupe, cucumbers, green chili corn muffin (the small kind), and fresh fruit salad
D--I just don't know right now. I'm not cooking another meal, so probably leftovers.
