Home today.... Had my sleeve done on Tuesday....
Congratulations!!! Welcome to the Losers Bench. We made room for you. Keep walking and sipping, a little each day. As you get your strength back, increase the amount of time you walk. Most importantly, make every attempt to make your liquid intake goals. Keep a drink with you, and sip as much as you are able. Fluid intake is vital, especially when you are on full liquids.
God bless.

Congrats and welcome to the "Losers Bench" You'll do fine, it just takes a little bit of time and healing to get where you want to go. . . do what the doctor prescribed and all will be well.

Good for you, BJ! So glad you are home again. Every day will be a little bit better than the one before. Just take it easy for the first few weeks and listen to the needs of your body. I took a nap every day for the first 2 months (and I am not a nap person). Walk and drink your water. Once you get off full liquids, don't worry about trying too many new foods at first. I couldn't tolerate any kind of pork or ham or bacon at all at first. Now it's not a problem.
Happy for you!
