it really is pretty amazing, how quickly we lose the strength we work so hard to achieve. . .  I have to bite the bullet and make an appoint to see someone about my hip/leg, it's just with all the doctor stuff in January/February, I kind of am tired of visiting doctors, I'll make an appointment for April and start the next round of doctor stuff, though I was thinking of going to a chiropractor first, part of my problem is indecision. . . guess if we live long enough, regular visits with various doctors and associated testing is a part of the gifts of life. . .  ;)

I, too, love fresh veggies, we are going to start planting our small veggie patch soon.  I do manage to get stuff from a place called Produce Junction and the fresh veggies and fruit from there is not bad, love that strawberries are so readily available to us right now, that is my love these days, along with half a banana and a little l/f sour cream. . . 

Our battle is a never ending one, but we're in it to win it !!!

Well, with my recommitment to exercising, I am working back up to a good amount of time on my treadmill. I'm up to 15 minutes twice a day.
Nearly every night I have to get up around 2 or 3 am to get on my elliptical. By then my RLS is back. I don't dare take another clonazapam that late cause I can't get outta bed in the morning. Going about a minute as fast as I can go, settles my legs down. Then I can usually get back to sleep!
