Thursday What's Happening?
Good afternoon everyone
Trying to get my act together but not making much progress. I have business to attend to in Arkansas and will leave Saturday. I am not packed. Not even sure what to pack. I have bills to pay and laundry to do and "things" to handle before Saturday and just can't get my mind to work in an orderly fashion.
Visited with a friend today that had a stroke several months ago. She is making progress but still has a long row to hoe. Waiting to hear from my sister. She had a doctor's appt. last Friday and has been silent ever since. Has me vacillating between worried and pissed. Tonight I have Bible study, hope that will help me get centered and able to focus on what I have to do. I can see it all coming at once....tomorrow. Seems to be my theme song at the moment.
You all seem so busy and grammy lew is busy trying to figure out how to be busy. Whew....makes my head spin.
Think I'll sit on my patio for a few moments. I can hear the birds chirpping and the clouds have given way to a little sunshine. Nature can be healing. Think I'll give it a try.

Hope you won't be put on fluid restrictions ... I would hate that. I'm always thirsty. Man, after the dentist, my mouth is so dry.
Yes, I had the dental appointment this morning. So my mouth is still numb. I got up too late for breakfast/coffee, so right now I'm having my protein drink because my mouth is too numb to eat anything. I'm so tired, too. Once I got to sleep, I was OK, but getting there was a problem.
I think I found a pet sitter for Juliette ... talked to a wonderful woman today named Nan ... I can tell by her voice she is a pet person and we hit it off on the phone. I think she will be great for Juliette ... she is reasonable, too ... $13 a day.
It started to rain as I was getting done at Target, which is where I went after the dentist. Coming down pretty steadily now. Juliette is snoozing on the footrest of the recliner. I could use a nap, too, but I want to unpack a few more boxes. See what treasurers I'll find today.
