Thanks! I've pretty much accepted the disappointment and understand it is in my best interest. It's going to take much longer i think now.

I've begun drinking high protein drinks and was surpised to find out that my brain is now SOOOO much more alive than it's been in years! I'm preparing my body for the next diet.
