Ill be in Honolulu from the 8th to the 16th. Probably as close as we'll ever get to TOGETHER. So wish we were there for a longer amount of time (and not when someone else is footing the bill) so we could island hop over to see you. Ahhhh...someday, maybe

Afternoon OFF family!!
Boy I sure have been busy ever since 8am yesterday!!! Leases to be made and signed and people moving in and showing apartments and regular office things...I am out of energy at days end!!!
Went out for dinner last night because we were both tired out and ended up at the chinese place...let me tell you I was sicker than a dog!!! Ever since WLS I have never "thrown up" like regualr people do. Last night was a first time like a regular person and it was not pretty!!!! I am thinking the food was bad. Rick didn't get sick on it but he didn't eat everything that I ate. Not going there again!!! Better safe than sorry!!!
Busy again today and another lease signed and she is moving in. Have two more applications in waiting for police reports to come back. Running out of apartments soon...yikes!!! But then I will have more time for MYSELF when all are rented out!!! :-)
Time to go back to work...thoughts and prayers for all that need them!!!!

Morning [barely] All.....So good to see you post Karen. I love you and miss you. I*t is good to have this together as I will never be back to Maui....too far on that plane....and you will never return to Wisconsin and why would you...from Paradise. I love it THERE...it is just getting there I can't do again.
This is my daughter and my Birthday week....so it is lots of parties. Going out tonight with girlfriends I graduated from highschool with about 7 of us. We. night going out with my work girlfriends about 10 of us and Thursday night..taking my daughter and her family out for "our" birthday. Her is the 8thm mine is the 8th.
Then Friday night we are getting together with friends at a local bar....so very busy week, polus I need to get back to being Ruthie REALTOR as I have showings this afternoon first.

This is my daughter and my Birthday week....so it is lots of parties. Going out tonight with girlfriends I graduated from highschool with about 7 of us. We. night going out with my work girlfriends about 10 of us and Thursday night..taking my daughter and her family out for "our" birthday. Her is the 8thm mine is the 8th.
Then Friday night we are getting together with friends at a local bar....so very busy week, polus I need to get back to being Ruthie REALTOR as I have showings this afternoon first.

Carla...I don't even have a camera anymore. Can't afford to get one so I rely on others to get pics to me. I am sure you are enjoying that camera very much!!
Trish....glad you are getting out more. That means you must be feeling a bit better....YAY!!!
Maui Karen...as always it is wonderful when you drop in and leave a message. You are always missed. I am sure it is very expensive to live there. I would love to live there but, I know I wouldn't financially be successful. You have such a perfect job....new babies....that is the best!!
If I missed anyone I am sorry...my mind has gone blank.
I am doing laundry, changing bedding, and setting up med containers for my sister. I have some of her RXs to call in when I am done here.
Otherwise not much new with me. One of these days I need to explain thing to all of you about my daughter. It will take a while and I haven't had the energy to do it. She is nicer to me now and has been doing her best to close that gap between us. It will take time.

After a day in the 40s, it's back in the high 60s today. 67 degrees and sunny. I slept til nearly noon after not getting to sleep til nearly 4. Got home at about 1:30 a.m. ... rough night, trying to do two sports sections with a late, late game. Then when I had to post my stories online, I couldn't get the photos to show up. It was frustrating. Took a lot longer than it should.
Back to work today ... it's my Friday and, boy, I'm tired. Ready for two days off ... although I have an eye doctor appointment and a dentist appointment the next two days. I get my crown on Thursday for my tooth.
well, that's all from me. see ya later. Have a good day.

Good afternoon OFF family, it's a bright sunny day here in Michigan and I didn't even wear my coat today. Went shopping at a resale shop and bought me some books, 3 shirts and 2 pants.
I too am having pain from adhesion's. I'm at work, toughing it out with a heating pad to my tummy. Went for a walk today to push myself and maybe I just expect too much from my body right now. Ugh!
Did great not eating last night, just drank my prune juice with applesauce mixed in and went to bed. Now if I could do that every night after work. LOL
Tomorrow I go to the dentist to get a crown...seems like I have the most expensive mouth!...but hey I'm worth it.
Did great this morning too...had my protien coffee and I'm being mindful of my eating. I started my weight loss challenge here at work. My team is called "Moving on Dow" (the scale)
This year 3 teams will take home the cash. I want the cash!

I have the same problems with my mouth, Deb ... lots of teeth issues. Dentist says I grind my teeth ... gee, you think I have a lot of stress in my life? I'm getting the permanent crown on one this week, then we work on the other crown after that (the fractured tooth). Next week, I have an appt. with an ortho doc to look at my knees.
