Boy what nasty weather we have had yesterday all over it seems!!! So sad to see the destruction and loss of lives....My heart goes out to them all!!
Had some tstorms here and heavy rain is all. My oldest son was traveling to south west Kentucky and had some violent weather. Tried to talk him and his girlfriend to make a stop here for the night but by the time they got this far the route they were taking cleared up. So they continued to go on. Called me when they stopped for the night. Not sure of the towns name now but they had generators for the power. OMG so today he picks up his motorcycle that he went after and will be stopping by to see his worried mom... :-) So looking forward to this visit!!! Wish the weather would be warm enough to take a spin on the bike...beautiful one I might add!!! Said he would make a trip back here when weather is nicer so we can go for a ride!! :-)
Had an exciting day here thursday and friday. Seems one of my tenants sons came to visit him and is NOT allowed on the property here. I didn't know that and could not find paperwork on it either. Anyhow he was arrested for being drunk and tresspassing in his dad's apartment. I did get a letter from corporate and took them to the sheriff and now it is legit!!! He was trying to get out on bail but his girlfriend said no because it would be a watse of money as he had to go back to jail on monday to serve 5 months!!! Hope she keeps her word to keep him in there!!!!
Life IS good here and we LOVE it!!!!!! Need to go read Fridays thread so time to get going now. Thoughts and Prayers for ALL that need them!!!

Slept in a Iittle this morning. I've been doing that a lot lately. Must be my age.
My daughter sent me a picture of a funky hat she wants me to crochet. I have the one color yarn, need to go get the other. As soon as the rain and thunderstorm passes, I'll go do that! Should only take me a couple of hours to make it. It's chunky yarn and double crochet, so a quicky.
Got a call yesterday from the Camden Military Academy. They had a package addressed to them but no cadet's name on it. My name and number were on it! It was my grandson's computer we had sent in to be repaired. It was under warranty. They were supposed to send the repaired 'puter to Camden. For some reason they could read the address, but not the correct name!! Blaine will be glad to get it back. You know how we all have withdrawals when we don't have our 'puter!

Wow, I certainly hope all of you in Tornado Alley are safe today. Somehow we managed to miss being in that storm system here in east Texas. Don't know how we dodged that bullet. I've never seen a tornado, but I have heard one go over the top of the house before.
Not a lot going on here today. I got through my snack attack last night by eating prunes! LOL! I buy those individually wrapped ones, and it really does slow you down to have to stop and unwrap each one. And then after you've eaten 4, you start to wonder about the consequences to your digestive system, so you stop! Viola! Snack attack foiled!
Watched Moneyball on DVD last night. It was pretty good. I'm not a big sports fan, and I didn't know if I would like it or not, but hey, you can't go wrong watching Brad Pitt for a couple of hours, now can you? LOL!
I made the cutest little baby cap last night. It looks like a cupcake! I just need to make the pom-pom to go on top.
So today's exercise will be a nice long walk, since Curves isn't open on the weekends. I'll have to wait until it warms up a little this afternoon. We had another cold front blow through yesterday evening. It's still blowing this morning, but the sun is shining and it didn't freeze. All good things.

Saw the photo on FB and that is so CUTE!!!! Wish I knew how to make things like that!!!!!
My neighbors wife was "plugged" up and he took her to the dr and he gave her medicine to take to make her "go"...well she wouldn't take it but one time...nothing happened...so he started feeding her prunes and also made a pot of veggie soup for her...when he was telling me the "outcome" I thought he was gonna wet his pants on how he finally got her to "go"!!!!!! So happy that she is 'going" again!!! LOL He said its funny but really it isn't but she went like a goose!!! LMAO
