Tuesday again! Are we closer to spring?

Evening my OFF friends,

It's been a busy day, work this mornng, and then had a bone density test and mammo done.  I was talking to the mammographer and she said, something is different.  I smiled and said, well the girls are going away, I've lost 50 pounds since I was here last year.  She said, yes, the pictures look different, I almost thought I had the wrong files.

I am doing so well, getting all my fluids in.  However, I hope since they're not all water is OK.  I am having decaf coffee, decaf chai tea, and crystal light.  Finishing up chai tea now and that will make 80 ounces today. 

I think I will go to bed early.

Hi Jo and OFF family, Jo...glad you are feeling better. This flu going around is kicking people's butts.

It's late, this is fly by post...work is crazy tonight, I got 6 admissions all at once so no breaks or dinner but I ate my sandwich late at my desk...by then I could have ate the kitchen sink. You all get the picture right? Yep.

Hugs and prayers for all in need. I'm going home tonight, putting my heating pad on my belly and try to get through this adhesion pain. Never did do my walk today but I ran around here at work. Tomorrow's another day! Just call me Scarlett. Hugs Debbie
