for those of you experiencing hot flashes ( I never did because I didn't like milk, so I did a lot of soy milk) try Tussin DM 15 mg gelcaps. I recommended it to a couple of friends and they swear by it. You'd have to kill them before they would give up their Tussin DM gelcaps.
