It's Thursday, what's new?
Evening Eileen and OFF family...boy what a day!!! Recerts and more recerts...lol Had a tenant show up with her things I needed and did she have an appointment? NOPE just expected me to do it NOW!!! I had a mean look about me I guess because she asked where the happy smiling Judy was...I said up to my ears in work and now this...did she get it? NO!!! So I took her things and had her sign papers that needed signed...then she asks me....will you have this done today?? NOOOOOOOOOOO its 4 pm and I am going to finish what I was supposed to do an hour ago! Your recert can start tomorrow...IF I have time. Go check an apartment out and sure enough...they sneaked out lock stock and barrel!!! Hurried back to office and called my boss told her yuppers they are gone!!! She asked if they turned in the keys. NOPE. So Rick had to go change the locks and I took pictures of the damages they did. CRAP!!!! Lots and LOTS of work on this one to do now!! Huge holes in the walls and not sure what the carpet is stained with. They really think they are getting away with this leaving and not giving 30 days notice. Plus the mess they left. Glad I took my camera with me. Now to get them developed...or is it made? Digital camera...lol. So we now have lots of work for the guys to do.
Cold here they said an artic front is coming along with snow...depends on who you listen to I have heard 1-2, 1-3, 2-4, and 3-5. Hope they are ALL wrong!
