Good evening Vickie and OFF family, just wild me bringing up the rear again.
Busy here at work so I'm typing fast, I've read all your responses and we are hanging in there and supporting each other.
For us emotional eaters when we have reached our limits and are reaching for food to soothe us please know no food we eat at during our time of stress eating will fill that hole we are tying to fill with nasty old food that we think we want.
...So what do we do instead?

Journal your feelings
Go for a walk or set a timer, if in fact after that timer goes off any you think your hungry, drink 16 oz. of water then set that damn timer again, after that give yourse
