OMG...I found you all

I have been missing for a couple of years and not doing so well at this point. I need to re-connect with you to help my self to getting my life  under control.  The only time I really did well was when I was with you. I have been struggling ever since. I dont know why I left. I just thought I had it under control and I could handle it....;not true. I don't know that we can ever do it alone with people that do not understand the stuggles that we go through. I am gateful every day that I had this surgery [2006] but it has it's problems.

I have formed so many wonderful friendships with this site and even have met quite a few, but I am not doing well right now. I am stuck and I can't seem to get better. May I re-join you in an effort to help myself and you with any insights I haved inthis struggle.

Well welcome back Marti and keep posting. You are not alone and you will get all the love and support you need.

You can struggle with the rest of us. Keep fighting the good fight, just do the best you can, make the best food choices for you. Journal. Hugs Debbie

Glad you found your way home, this is definitely a journey and while many of us "go it alone" at some point, I think we can get lost rather easily. . .  I don't post here as much, but definitely lurk.  Life has challenges galore and this has got to be one of the biggest I've ever had, so I need all the help I can get from people who understand just what it entails.
