Sharon, so glad you have jumped another hurdle on your WLS journey.
My daughter called yesterday to ask if I wanted to go to the CMAs with her in March? He*l yeah! March 30th to April 2nd in Vegas! Dr. Pepper is paying for everything. Except airfare and my daughter is paying that for me, for all the getting her son at the academy and stuff. I am stoked! A private performance by Blake Shelton just for the Dr. Pepper people, then the regular show. Lots of food, lots of entertainment. She says I have to be ready to "party down". What an inspiration to get some of this extra weight off. I refuse to buy party clothes in a bigger size! If I lose a few I'll be able to wear my daughter's party clothes and she only buys the best! Woohoo!
I am pretty much packed for my trip to OR on Saturday. According to my daughter's FB page I'll be making lots of cookies for her friends. You all know I LOVE to bake! And I thought I would be bored while the granddaughter was in school!
Gotta go. Our son will be here soon for his salad for lunch and a little nap.

Afternoon OFF family...just a quick stop in today...busy trying my best to get the paperwork done that needs to be done NOW...YESTERDAY even!!!! OMG why can't these places I faxed info I need verified by them get back to me right away?? It has been over 2 weeks and still waiting on them to fax me back!!! Getting a headache for sure with this stress... :-(

Had another apartment rented yesterday and one moved out into a nursing home. Lots of calls but only have 1 bedrooms available.

Weather here is nice...hit 62* yesterday...now its 48* and sun trying sooo hard to stay out but looks like rain.

Back to work...thoughts and prayers for ALL that need them!!!

Eileen...I don't envy you the unpacking. Glad I didn't have more then my room and my Hutch to unpack/pack. I collect bells and my hutch is full!!

Glad everyone else is doing okay. So many struggling with cancer and other health issues. I certainly keep you all in my prayers.

This morning I had some faxing to do. Then I went and got some errands done. Looked in three stores for a hook to put on my bathroom door to hang my towel. I wanted the ones that hang over the door. No one carries them anymore. I ended up buying a 3M Command hook. They are more expensive but I won't have to drill holes in the door with that kind.

Then I went and walked about 2 miles. I am hoping to get up to 3+ again soon. It felt so good to be out in the fresh air.

Grace is home sick today. She is with her dad. He called me this morning to let me know. I thought that was really nice. I will call Grace later this evening.

Connie, I found the over-the-door hooks at Lowe's the last time I was moving in. But the 3M Command hooks are nice, too ... I use them in the kitchen to hang potholders. And you can reuse them when you move, which is great.

Eileen...I got the large ones as we want to use them for hanging towels on. I looked at three places and got tired of looking so I gave up and bought them. They seem to be working and I like that they can be used again.
