HOPE AND HELP FOR THE PAIN OF REGAIN TOPIC ON CRUISE!

I just called the booking agent and was put on hold three times, except I could not tell whether or not I was on hold because the line appeared to go dead.   Very hard to keep holding when you don't know if there is anyone on the other end.

Can we contact the booking agent online?

Hello...sorry you're having troubles with this. I've contact the cruise line; they would like to know if the agent (s) who are putting you on hold have given you a name. They are checking into this, because it's not the first time it's happened.  The problem with online booking is that our group code doesn't go in; I've asked them if people can book and then provide the code to someone by emal.  They're getting back to me today, so I'll post it when I know.
