Hello...sorry you're having troubles with this. I've contact the cruise line; they would like to know if the agent (s) who are putting you on hold have given you a name. They are checking into this, because it's not the first time it's happened. The problem with online booking is that our group code doesn't go in; I've asked them if people can book and then provide the code to someone by emal. They're getting back to me today, so I'll post it when I know.
