Xpost-What's your word for the year?

I rarely post anymore though I still look in everyday, but a good friend told me about this, and I thought it was such an inspiring idea that I had to share.   A friend told her to pick a word for the year for her to work on, and since she was feeling so used up she choose "replenish".  So I've been thinking long and hard about my word for this year.  I'm now over two years out and have reached the point where I sometimes forget I had surgery and feel totally normal.  I've even fogotten in some ways what it was like to be so big, and all the problems that went with it.  And with all that and being off exercise and my usual schedule for the last four months due to a couple surgeries in September, some old habits have crept back in that are not good.
So my word for 2012 is "RECOMMIT".  I am recommiting to myself to be a better me, that I am important enough to take care of, and to having a healthy and active lifestyle.

What's your word for 2012?

I like this idea.  not sure what my word would be... yet but it's a good idea.  I'm about 6 days post op for a panni removal.  I didn't think I was going to be able to get it but my udder is gone.... wow

I feel recharged to get back into my healthy routine and finish the weight loss and toning myself.....

Hey...  Recharged... that's my word for the year.  I'll work on recharging myself.

Thanks for the "FUN" idea.

Hi Jan,

I heard of this idea on the radio station I listen to most. I choose "Worship." It goes along with having a grateful heart.  Living in a state of thankfulness and amazement.    Mag

I think since I have made recycling one of my New Year's Resolutions, I will go with sustainability.   I want to not only help make the planet sustainable but myself as well.  So, I will use as many eco and body friendly dietary and exercise means as I can to sustain the earth and myself.

I think I have to say "Thankful".....God has so richly blessed me and each day is a
new opportunity to say thanks.
