We're winding up the first week of 2012!

Today, make one more positive eating decision than you did yesterday.

Find it.  Do it.  Celebrate it.

I am really going to try my hardest to be more positive.  When I move to MN I will not have all these fatting meals , cookie, chips etc. around. That should help. I made a grocery list of the things I used to eat and I am going to follow through when I
get back home!
