Well, of course you have, but WHAT have you eaten???

I'm determined to get this 10 lbs off now that I know where my life is headed. Today is a new day!!

protein coffee

scrambled egg w/ turkey sausage

latte

cottage cheese/pineapple

greek yogurt

big salad with diced chicken

S: Celery and peanut butter

Just add protein in your coffee or I add EAS protein shakes mixed in my coffee and heat it up in the microwave, so it's like chocolate coffee. Don't heat it for too long or you will get that scum on the top which you just pick out then drink it.

I mix vanilla protein powder----1 Tbs only (1/2 serving) to my SF creamer and mix well. SLOWLY add your coffee. Don't ever make the mistake of trying to add protein powder to anything hot....what a ugly mess it will be!  One tablespoon of protein powder is perfect with sugar free french vanilla creamer....makes your coffee taste like a vanilla latte!

Two cups in the morning give me 28 grams of protein before I ever sit down to the breakfast table.

You might experiment a bit with the mixing....just make sure you pre-mix the powder with something that isn't hot....even tap water if you don't like SF creamers.

Hello Susan,
Well today was full of surprises for me and in not planning anything. Ugh! LOL

Breakfast: protein coffee then hubby decides we have to go to Grand Rapids and pick up our new hot tub cover that just came in. So off we go...then on to Sam's Club and by then I was hungry and you never shop when your hungry! Spent 403.00 good think I just got paid and hubby left his wallet at home. Hubby says are you hungry? I told him hell yes and my blood sugar was dropping so we stopped at Bob Evan's for lunch.

Lunch at Bob Evans: roast beef with a little gravy, 1 slice of bread and ate half of the mashed potatoes.

Got home, message from work to come in early, no time for make a dinner for work but threw in my Greek yogurt, apple and an orange and here I am. I did take the big bag of pistachio nuts I brought at Sam's club to leave here at work for a pick my up when needed.

So today I'm just winging it and doing the best I can.

M eating habits have been horrid. Trying to quit smoking and after I eat, I want to smoke. Therefore, I am not eating much.

Since I don't have a scale in the house, I tend to rely on how my clothes fit.  The bras are telling me that it is time to eat or switch to plain old t-shirts. Bras are way too roomy. Even Victoria can't hide the flat chest anymore. The padding goes concave.

I'll try to do better.

Susan and maties....I haven't eaten since Thursday. I have the worst flu I have ever had in all my life. I have managed to keep down about a bottle of water in therse last 2 days. If I am not better tomorrow I will go to the ER.

I really haven't deserted you on purpose!!
