Exercise is still what it use to be: hard work

Hi Vickie and welcome.  You and I sound the same.  I cannot take one thing from my list of don'ts.  Fortunately for me, sweets make me deathly ill but I am addicted to diet cokes and drink those instead of water.  

Good for you.  YOu are doing great.

 Hello...this is Connie and I am a food addict!!

I wish I never would have tried chocolate and sweets....they don't make me sick and I have a hard time staying away from them especially now.

I am not doing so well with exercise today. I did stretches but  I am also on my 5th load of laundry. All those stairs!!!

Hi Connie.  I agree with Susan on the five loads of laundry.  But, good job on the stretches too.  How are you doing.

Reporting in Coach,

Actually made it to the gym, amazing how quickly you can lose your endurance! It's only been 2 1/2 was since the half marathon and I was sucking air on the treadmill 🚑
Ended up with 2 miles walking and then 20 min on the bike. I'd can do this, I can do this, I can do this!!!

Ugh...and I need to get my butt back to the gym. I love to exercise when I'm feeling great but I'm dealing with gut issues right now. Maybe I'll do my 4 mile walk tomorrow morning, my dogs need the exercise too!

When I do gutts and butts class or rowing class I'm in pain with dry racking heaves. My intestine gets kinked and that is no fun!

Yep, tomorrow I'll walk or get my butt downstairs in my own exercise room I have.
I have lost 5 pounds and need to lose more, slow but it's coming off once again. A never ending battle...I'm Debbie and I'm a food addict. I also love the gals here, we get each other.
