It's Monday---what are you eating???
New day, new month, new attitude??? I sure need to find one, as I'm not at all sure what to do about things right now. I'm NOT happy with the scale, or the new pants and panties I've had to buy in a larger size, nor am I pleased with the "fluffiness" I'm seeing in the mirror.
The food addict in me says that waiting to see if I have cancer is not a time to diet....you'll need those food stores to keep you going. Go ahead....eat what you want! But, and it's becoming a bigger BUTT, the WLS person inside me is screaming to do something about it before it gets out of hand. And a dear friend pointed out that if I do need treatment, lots of folks will be seeing me nekked, so I should look my best....lol.
So, here's the plan for today:
protein coffee x2
greek yogurt
latte
last of the split pea soup w/ ham
paprika chicken with noodles, broccoli
Now, let's see if that stands.
