Ready or not--it's Monday!

When I took biotin I ended up with hair where I did not want it, like my chin! My hair came out heavily for about 4 months and then came back curly. Not super curly, but enough so that I loved it the summer of 2006 when I traveled in the south. Sadly, that grew out and I was back to my straight hair. Mine isn't as thick as it once was but much better than that first year.

Busy morning this morning. Had to go to chiropractor, ship some packages, go to credit union, get some groceries, stop at the apartment office, etc. ... like I said, busy. And it was pouring rain, so I relaly didn't want to be out there. I'm still cold from being out in the rain. It finally stopped raining when I got done with grocery shopping. By then, I was still chilled from earlier.

My left leg kept giving out on me yesterday, so I went to the chiropractor this morning to get adjusted. Hope it works. Also got some Christmas shopping done, which means two gift cards (Brookshire's had a deal if you bought $50 in gift cards, you got $10 off your next grocery bill). Couldn't find the $25 Barnes & Noble card I wanted, but got a $25 IHOP for mom and a $25 iTunes card for my grandnephew Sammy. Not doing a whole lot because I don't know if I'm going home and I don't have much.

Anyway, need to get ready to go to work soon ... last night was a bear. Hope it's better tonight.

Well its been a really fun time so far here getting to know people and collect rents...not to mention the rest of the things that need to be done around here! And today it is POURING rain!!!! Flood warnings are out for our area....YIKES!! Hopefully tomorrow it will be over with!!! 20% chance they said. Learning some but still nobody here to "show" me how to do things yet. Tomorrow I was told...Not holding my breath!!! LOL

Went shopping at MEIJER's yesterday!! OMG that was so much fun!!! I really missed that store!!!! Need to go check out KROGER's next!!! Found a grocery store near us that prices were very reasonable and have to go check that out later on.  So much to see and do to get to know our new area!!! :-)

Back is hurting me from all the filing I did today. Need to get that taken care of soon!!! Hot shower...back massage...hmmmm IDEAS....LOL

Time to figure out what to have for supper tonight. I would love a pizza but not sure what Rick wants yet. Love having the same hours as he does!!! :-)

Need to work on the afghan again...time is running out!!! Looksrally pretty though so far...;-)

Nancy...you are NOT ranting!!!! You vent or whatever you need to do and I for one will not think anything bad of you for sounding off!!!!! (((Nancy))) Hope Morgan is doing better also!!!

Today was one long and busy day.  I don't think there is one hour that passed that I didn't have to run here or there.  Students in and out of my office and other faculty coming and going, geeze.  Then, I had to go the grocery store and DH wanted to go and of course I have to lead him around and it's takes so much longer but he does need to walk around too. 

Alas, I'm home and got a fire going.  We had snow flurries off and on all day and it was really bitter cold with wind blowing. I live in the NW corner of Arkasnas so the wind and cold here are really bitter.  My DH kept saying, here, let me help (with the fire).  Now he is blind in one eye and almost blind in the other.  

So, now we are toasty and I'm thinking about doing some reading.

Hope you guys' night goes by well and you stay warm with only healthy thoughts toward food and sex.  Okay, only healthy thoughts towards food.
