Congrats on changing your life and the struggle as we well know is ongoing, but as you said, our brains are broken, but mendable, I like that thought process and know that my relationship with food has never been a healthy one, so progress is perfection and so long as we don't through up our hands in disgust and say, I give up, the chance to lose that 20 lbs. in your case, 23 in mine is always there.
