I AM BACK ONLINE!!!

Hi everyone!!! Miss me?? LOL Just got the last of our things inside and have alot to put away yet!!! OMG how in the world did we get so much stuff??? Not to mention that this apartment is SMALLER than our last one....but the living room and kitchen is alot bigger!!!

Loaded up the rental truck in the pouring rain on tuesday and finally it stopped but after we had so much mud tracked in the apartment...what a mess!!!! Told not to worry about it because the carpet was going to be replaced. THANKYOU!!! Got to new place and it was nice weather but chilly. Had to walk in and out of a huge puddle and soon the temp dropped and the ramp to the truc****d up!!!! That was the end of us moving things n....called rental truck company and told them that we needed the truck one more day because of the rain and icing up on ramp. Told me it would cost another $100. FINE! But when we took truck back they didn't charge us more!!!! THANKYOU!!!!!!!!!

Had some help tuesday loading but it was just the two of us unloading it!!!! OMG!!!!!!!! But we did pretty good!!!

Happy to be here but renters are wanting to stop in and say hi to us and they talk forever and hard to get settled in!!! We officially start monday morning but I started today. Easier to be in office than at home trying to get things done. People didn't stay as long gawking....LOL So we are doing good here some things not sure just where they are at yet but we are finding them soon enough!!!

Just wanted to stop in and say HI and now its time to get some food and back to putting things away!!!

Judy...so glad the move is over. It sounds like you had some rough times but that is behind you now.  Glad they didn't charge more for the truck!

Now for finding places for everything. I don't envy you that task! I hope you can stay there for a while!

The moving part IS done now the unpacking will take LONG time to get done! We weren't supposed to start officially til Monday but so far that didn't happen! We have been going nuts trying to get settled in and doing the office and maintance work since arriving here! Guess we will not be settled till next year or longer if this keeps up!!! LOL
